This role will significantly enhance your reconciliation experience at scale, strengthen your technical proficiency-particularly in Excel-and enable you to apply your growing knowledge as you continue your professional studies.

This position is ideal for someone who feels their career progression has stalled and is eager to work towards becoming a fully qualified chartered accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare accounting journals and internal financial reports
• Support year-end reporting and statutory accounts preparation
• Co-ordinate payments and records for Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Assist with queries, payments, and ad hoc financial projects
• Maintain strong financial controls and documentation

What we're looking for:

• Motivated, career driven, active studier - Essential

• Seeking a progressive role, where you balance work and studies, working up to become a chartered Accountant - Essential

• Proficiency in Excel - Confident in formulas as a minimum

• Strong communication and organisational skills
