Are you an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a well-established organisation in Slough who are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their finance team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on accounting, strategic financial analysis, and supporting business decisions through insightful reporting.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the month-end close process, including reconciliations and financial reporting
Assisting with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
Preparing and presenting financial statements and analysis reports to support key decisions
Contributing to capital project evaluations and “Make vs. Buy” decisions
Ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls (incl. SOX)
Performing tasks across cost accounting, inventory, customer financing, and financial operations
Supporting continuous improvement in systems, processes, and metrics

What we’re looking for:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant finance experience (internships considered)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with U.S. and international accounting regulations would be a plus
Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
