Finance Analyst

Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a rapidly growing business to recruit a bright, inquisitive and dynamic Finance Analyst.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider business functions, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analytics in order to drive operational and commercial performance.

Duties Include:

• Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business and operational targets
• Credit Control: Review of accounts receivable. Monitoring credit limits and assessing creditworthiness of new and existing customers
• Supporting the period-end processes to ensure deadlines are met
• Analysis of financial data to identify trends and variances
• Supporting the Sales and Purchase Ledge Functions including invoice processing and reconciliations
• Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal and external business functions
• Continuous evaluation of financial processes and systems

Requirements:

• Qualified or finalist accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with substantial Accounts and Analytical experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
• Automotive or Sales experience would be highly advantageous

Salary and benefits:

The role of Finance Analyst is £40,000pa to £50,000pa plus bonus and benefits.
