Luton- Hybrid

Up to £45,000 Per Annum

This position offers responsibility for both Accounting and Commercial activities. The candidate will gain experience in a broad range of areas including commercial finance, business partnering, reporting as well as financial accounting & control elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of month end, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, tracking risks and opportunities and cost savings.
• Help to develop a finance reporting suite that will provide key insights across the department and in particular the senior leadership team.
• Lead the reporting agenda by driving forward change and innovation. Embedding new solutions and software for better data visualisation, interpretation to aid strategy and decision making.
• Support the finance transformation activities across all regions to ensure a consistent approach and efficient ways of working.
• Provide financial support to business partners. Providing detailed monthly reports and analysis to help track and understand the cost base against forecast. Evaluate key trends and KPIs to help ensure the business meet their long term strategic goals.
• You will support the business with delivering the profit initiative targets by turning data into insight and support the business to make fact based decisions through commercial financial analysis and supporting business cases.
• Support specific ad-hoc project activities
