About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst who specialises in management accounting and Power BI to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and decision-making. You'll play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that optimise business performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse management accounts to support business strategy
• Develop Power BI dashboards for real-time financial insights and reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency and cost control
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise financial processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in management accounting and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and visualisation techniques
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modelling
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
