In this two-phase role, you'll start by supporting core finance functions (covering maternity leave) before transitioning into a permanent, data-focused analyst position. You'll gain wide exposure across departments, get stuck into everything from payroll reconciliations to benchmarking reports, and grow your influence as part of a forward-thinking finance team.

• Managing the accounts inbox and processing invoices, statements, and credit notes

• Reconciling payroll with HR and Finance

• Assisting with year-end journals, management adjustments, and audit support

• Issuing training invoices and handling ad hoc financial queries

• Leading monthly scorecard summaries and benchmarking reports

• Supporting revenue forecasting and system accuracy

• Processing financial adjustments and IT support tickets

• Providing financial modelling for franchise units

• Ensuring data accuracy through system spot checks and ongoing process improvements

• A part-qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA/CIMA) with strong Excel and data-handling skills
