Trinity House Group are exclusively recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a large manufacturing business in North Birmingham.
An ideal candidate is a self-motivated, ambitious & pro-active individual with strong analysis skills and is a confident communicator. Although working in a team environment, the ability to manage their own workload and identify key priorities with minimal supervision will be critical to success in the role. Prior experience in a finance environment and a good working knowledge of excel are highly desirable, and a working knowledge of SAP would also be beneficial. The candidate will be flexible, with a natural ability to plan & problem solve, intelligent, logical, with the ability to see the big picture.
This is a role in which the successful candidate would be able to evolve and grow based on their potential, not on a formal job description. A highly ambitious individual will be granted a fantastic opportunity to develop as part of a constructive environment to learn from an experienced finance and operational team.
