• Bank Reconciliations on all 5 Bank Accounts
• Accounts Payable Control to include making 2 payment runs per month.
• Controlling Expense claim payments
• AD Hoc Emergency Payments via SMBC Bank
• Weekly Cash Flow Assistance
• Month-End Management Accounts Preparation
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Assisting Quarterly VAT HMRC Returns
• Assisting with Budgets and Forecasts
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Running Ad Hoc Financial Month-end Reports
• Assist in Internal & External Audits
• Analytical Projects – utilising KPIs – Producing Business crucial Reports for the Management Team – Data Analytical tools experience – (e.g. Power Bi)
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel
• Assistance in Refining Key Processes to ensure that these processes are fit for purpose.
