Finance Analyst

The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's most impressive organisations, who are part of a globally renowned group. The business is on the lookout for an ambitious, part qualified Finance Analyst.

This opportunity is tailor made for someone who is driven by data analysis and making recommendations for improvements. You will be leading the full period end and forecasting cycle, with a short to medium term goal of becoming a qualified accountant.

Duties in the role will include:

• Forecasting process from start to finish
• Financial support on business projects
• Business partnering with Finance Managers
• Providing forecast commentary
• Period end commentary and analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Providing insights, recommendations, and challenge when necessary

So, what does the ideal candidate look like? You'll need to be actively studying towards your CIMA or ACCA, or at least a finalist with a proven background forecasting and period end. Applicants that have used Power BI and enjoy system improvements, will be of particular interest.

The salary for the role is paying up to £45,000 per annum, plus fantastic benefits including an enhanced pension and HUGE development opportunities. The business is Peterborough based; however, you would only be required to travel to the office a couple of times a week.
