On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing organisation, we are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Analyst to join their finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Analyst looking to take the next step in their career. Our client is a well-established business known for its collaborative culture and commitment to employee development. You'll be joining a forward-thinking finance team, supporting the production and analysis of management accounts, helping drive insight and informed decision-making across the business.

• Support in the preparation of monthly management accounts

• Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on financial performance

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand financial results and business drivers

• Develop financial models and reports to support business initiatives

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy

• Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience

• Previous experience working with or producing management accounts

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams

• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous
