Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in analysing performance, forecasting future outcomes, and partnering with key stakeholders to drive financial success. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and commercial awareness looking to progress their finance career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver regular financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards
• Partner with department heads to analyse performance and provide strategic insights
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Use tools like Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems to extract and visualise data

Experience:

• Part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Experience in a financial or commercial analyst role
• Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools and ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
