Finance Analyst | Nottingham | £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits | Hybrid Working (3/2)

Are you a part-qualified accountant or ambitious analyst looking for that next step into a commercially focused finance role? We're supporting a privately owned, fast growing business that has invested heavily in data, systems, and analytics who are now looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team and help turn insight into action.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse data from SAP and Power BI to provide insight into business performance.
• Support the CFO and department heads with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Turn financial and operational data into clear recommendations and performance analysis.
• Contribute to transformation projects by providing the numbers and insights behind business cases.

What we're looking for:

• Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience with strong analytical skills.
• At least 2-3 years in a data focused/ analytical Finance role.
• Strong with Excel and comfortable using Power BI.
• Commercial mind set - curious, inquisitive, and able to turn numbers into meaningful stories.
• A proactive self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
