Finance Analyst

Pure are recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a growing finance team based on the outskirts of Newmarket, this role will support the Finance Director and CFO in driving business performance and strategic decision-making.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Excel and Power BI skills, who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and delivering meaningful financial insights. This role will form part of a dynamic, forward-thinking finance team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The main duties are as follows -

• Gathering, consolidating, and analysing financial and operational data across multiple businesses
• Preparing unified reports and dashboards to highlight KPIs, risks, and opportunities
• Supporting monthly review meetings and helping managers understand key financial drivers
• Automating and streamlining processes using Excel and Power BI
• Identifying and implementing process and system improvements (ERP/BI enhancements)
• Providing ad hoc analytical support on projects and business initiatives

You will ideally be part qualified CIMA or ACCA and have advanced Excel skills and hands on Power BI experience.

This role will give you exposure to senior leadership, the chance to influence decision-making, and the opportunity to shape finance processes across multiple operating businesses.
