Description

• Support the preparation of management accounts and performance reports.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins, and key KPIs across events and business units.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with operational teams to track event profitability and ROI.
• Provide insight on trends and opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Assist with month-end processes, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis as needed.
• Contribute to improving financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.

Profile

• Experience in a Finance Analyst or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced SME environment but all considered
• Studying an accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Xero and CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) is desirable.
• Good understanding of accounting principles expected
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting findings to non-financial stakeholders.
