Finance Analyst

Bluetree Group is a leading print manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality print products and exceptional customer experiences. We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team.

Office Hours are: 09:00 – 17:30, Monday – Friday

Basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. 

Role responsibilities

• Regular review of business forecasts based on current trading and business information
• Business partnering with all teams to provide support and guidance
• Identify, analyse and report on the key performance metrics for the manufacturing activities
• Support the Head of Finance on all ad hoc requests
• Provide assistance to the wider finance team
• Budgeting
• Cost and margin analysis
• Trend identification and analysis
• Providing additional analysis to support the monthly Management Information pack

Essential Skills:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
• Highly analytical with attention to detail
• Flexibility to focus on business requirements as deemed appropriate
• Computer literate with strong excel skills
• Planning and Organisation

Desirable Skills:

• Basic knowledge of databases and IT systems
• Commercial acumen with desire to understand business
• Basic economics; interest rates, exchange, financing

The Company

Established in 2012, Bluetree Group is the UK's largest online printer and exists to manufacture and sell high volume, premium products through investing in its highly skilled team as well as the latest technology.

In 2021, we acquired a luxury book printer, Kingsbury Press, branching out into the publishing industry and have aims of expanding into packaging solutions. In 2022 we were chosen as the printer for the Queen's Jubilee book.

Bluetree's combined office, production and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking, the facility is also located on a major bus route which is just a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton and Wombwell.
