Finance Analyst - FP&A

Churchill Howard is excited to partner with a FTSE listed business in Birmingham to recruit a high-potential Finance Analyst into their fast-paced FP&A team.

What you'll be doing:
Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles

Providing high-quality financial analysis to explain business performance

Collaborating with commercial and operational teams to challenge and support decision-making

Preparing insightful dashboards and reports for senior leadership

Getting involved in ad hoc strategic projects and scenario modelling

What we're looking for:
Newly qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong technical grounding and commercial acumen

Natural communicator who can bring numbers to life and build strong cross-functional relationships

Advanced Excel skills (Power BI or other reporting tools a plus)

Enthusiastic, driven and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment
