Finance Analyst -Media Agency

A Creative Media agency based near Kings Cross are looking for a Finance analyst to support the FP&A team in delivering accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis. As a key part of the role is driving agency recovery, the Finance Analyst will be working closely with the Commercial Accountants.

Experience working in a Media Advertising/Marketing agency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timesheet submission within our internal deadlines
• Data validity checks against the data in our system and approved rates/roles
• Produce Recovery and Profitability reports monthly/bi-weekly
• Produce Utilisation and Capacity report
• Review fee proposals and scopes in our systems.
• Training the client teams on our finance system, Pulse.
• Ensure rate cards, rates and roles are up to date in the system.
• Ensure the Pulse Production System is maintained and used appropriately.
• Support the management accounts team with ad hoc analysis tasks.
• Ad-hoc tasks.
