Finance Analyst | Sittingbourne | Up to £45k + Study Support

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join the finance team with clear progression into a Finance Business Partner role. This is newly created role within the business due to business growth, working for a dynamic, fast-paced business, this is not one to be missed!

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing KPIs for business unit performance
• Extracting and manipulating data to present to stakeholders across the business
• Assisting with the delivery of budgets and forecasting, highlighting trends and analysing variances
• Assisting with providing cost stack models
• Assisting with development of financial models
• Provide management teams with Ad hoc financial information
• Continuous development of business information to enable decision-making
• Assisting in producing the management accounts and board presentations
• Engage with the wider business to improve the business partnering function

Candidate Profile:

• Confident Excel user
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
