Your role:

We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join our UK&I Finance team. In this role, you'll work closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive business performance.

You'll play a key role in evaluating investments, supporting strategic decision-making, and improving visibility across the P&L. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys business partnering, financial analysis, and gaining exposure to a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Your key responsibilities:

Partnering & Business Performance

• Deliver insightful analysis to support month-end reviews, forecasting cycles, and business performance discussions.


• Provide actionable recommendations that help drive profitable growth.


• Support ad hoc analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Marketing & Commercial Finance

• Partner with Brand and Commercial teams to review marketing investments and trade spend.


• Track investment performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.


• Challenge and influence investment decisions through robust financial analysis.


• Evaluate and monitor business cases for growth and innovation initiatives.

COGS & Supply Chain Finance

• Build expertise in Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), including materials, packaging, manufacturing, and logistics costs.


• Identify cost drivers, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability.


• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to enhance product cost visibility, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Management Accounting.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.


• Experience partnering with stakeholders across Finance and non-Finance functions.


• Advanced Excel skills.


• Exposure to COGS, Supply Chain Finance, or a manufacturing environment is advantageous.


• FMCG experience is preferred.
