Finance and Accounting Lead

• Initial 9-Month Contract
• Remote (with occasional travel to Devon)

Sanderson is proud to be partnering with a public sector organisation on a major Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Lead to play a key role in ensuring the successful migration and integration of financial systems and processes.

This opportunity is ideal for a Systems Accountant or similar professional with hands-on experience in system migrations and financial transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mapping of financial accounts into the new Oracle system
• Translate and align existing reports into the new platform
• Contribute to the design of future-state financial and reporting processes
• Provide guidance and support to end users during the transition

Experience Required

• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud (or Oracle R12); Fusion preferred
• Proven experience in system migrations or finance system implementations
• Background in the public sector (highly desirable)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
