Job Description - Finance & Contracts Administrator

About The Role

Job Title: Finance & Contracts Administrator 
This is a permanent office based role in Dudley, where we can offer a full time 37.5 hour a week contract. 

Core Purpose

Carry out all aspects of Periodic Invoicing and Reporting in line with financial accounting, support with the Credit Management and Contract data input departments.

Key Tasks
  • To carry out the Invoice run using procedures set out by the company.
  • To conduct specific and random reviews of invoices and reports when necessary or when discrepancies are suspected.
  • Raise direct sale invoices and customer KPIs in line with periodic timeframes.
  • Maintain customer details on all the data bases.
  • Credit Management on customer portfolio.
  • Support with the Contract data input when required.
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager.
Skills and Knowledge Required
  • Good understanding of Sage and Excel
  • Proven Credit Control Experience 
  • A methodical and logical way of working
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • An ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Creative approach to problem solving.
  • Exceptional self-motivation and determination
  • Good organisation skills
  • Knowledge of contractual payment terms
  • Microsoft Office literate
