Merseyside.
Have you recently completed a criminology degree and looking to make a step into the criminal justice sector? Or do you have the compassion and knowledge to guide offenders with their finances or debt? If so this role could be exactly what you're looking for.
This is more than a job—it’s a chance to help people rebuild their lives, reduce reoffending, and create safer communities. You’ll provide consistent, person-centred support focused on breaking down barriers around

- Provide practical guidance on life skills, services, and community reintegration
- Work closely with probation services, prisons, courts, police, social services, and third-sector organisations
- Champion change, personal growth, and social inclusion

- Empathetic and non-judgmental, with a genuine interest in people’s stories
- Organised and adaptable, capable of managing a diverse caseload
- A strong communicator, confident in complex, multi-agency environments
- Motivated by positive change, with a values-driven approach
Essential requirements: - A full UK driving licence and daily access to a vehicle with business insurance
- Home broadband connection for hybrid working
- Experience in mentoring or the justice system is welcome but not essential
- A meaningful role where your work changes lives
- Flexible working arrangements and excellent benefits
- A supportive, values-led culture focused on development and impact
- The chance to help reshape how justice is delivered—from the inside out
