Maintain accurate finance records and organise supporting documents for day-to-day business activity.
Process financial information promptly, helping to keep internal records clear and up to date.
Coordinate logistics administration to support the timely movement of goods and related information.
Track orders, deliveries and relevant paperwork, resolving routine queries where needed.
Prepare reports and summaries that give colleagues a clear view of finance and logistics activity.
Manage business correspondence, filing and diary tasks to keep administrative work organised.
Work with internal teams and external contacts to share accurate information and maintain smooth processes.
Identify missing information or record discrepancies and take practical steps to keep data complete.Profile

Previous experience in logistics coordination, finance administration or a combined operational role.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Confident communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
