Finance Assistant

We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join our London team, reporting to the Financial Controller. This hands-on role is the go-to for all finance-related queries and plays a key part in managing cash flow, controlling costs, and delivering accurate financial reporting.

 What you'll do:

• Own the payables & receivables function – invoicing, chasing debtors & paying suppliers on time
• Support treasury & cash flow management
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations & variance reporting
• Contribute to year-end financial statements & audit process
• Ensure compliance with HMRC & Companies House filings
• Improve processes & automate manual tasks

What we're looking for:

✅ Degree or AAT qualified, or relevant experience
✅ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
✅ Highly organized with great communication skills
✅ Detail-oriented, proactive & eager to learn
✅ Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing team (50+ people)
