Michael Page are working with a Retail organisation, based in South Manchester, who are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Accounts Payable setting.

The client is a well known fashion retailer, aiming to bridge the gap between fast fashion and high end designer brands.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant include:

• Processing and coding invoices
• Following up with suppliers regarding payments
• Reconciling petty cash
• Working with Finance Manager to prepare weekly payment runs

Profile

The successful Finance Assistant should have:

• Experience working in a finance setting
• Dealt with high volume of invoices
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with finance and non-finance stakeholders

Job Offer

• £26,000 - £30,000 salary
