Finance Assistant

Reed Accountancy are delighted to be supporting a leading provider in Yeovil who are looking for a Junior Finance Assistant to join their team.

This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in accounts, provide administrative support to the procurement and finance team and adhere to ad hoc duties in the company. 

Location - Yeovil 

Salary - £24,000-£26,000

Hybrid 

Day to Day of the Role:

• Support the coordinator in various procurement tasks.
• Help with processing sales in NetSuite and acquiring items for smaller sales.
• Manage the purchase of office supplies and handle invoices.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and smooth communication.
• Ensure accurate data entry to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer experience.
