Description

• Assisting with preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Supporting the accounting team with ledger management and reconciliation.
• Helping in the management of accounts payable and receivable.
• Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Participating in audits and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Supporting month-end and year-end close process.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all financial information.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• An ability to work in a team and foster a positive work environment.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
