The Role

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in the finance team, responsible for the day-to-day administration and transactional accounting tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in various financial operations, contributing to the efficient management of the financial process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling credit control activities to ensure timely payment collections
• Performing bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Processing payments and invoices in a timely and efficient manner
• Assisting the Accounts Assistant and Accounts Manager with various accounting tasks
• Contributing to month-end and year-end financial processes
• Providing general administrative support to the finance team as needed

Desirable Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar finance role
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Benefits
