Finance Assistant | Luxury Retailer | £28,000-£30,000 | West London (3 days per week in the office) | Permanent role

JasperRose is partnering with a well-known Luxury brand, who is looking for an Finance Assistant to join their finance team, based in their West London Headquarters (3 days per week in the office).

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Accounts Payable function, ensuring the smooth processing of invoices, payments, and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with the Accounts Payable function
• Manage the accounts payable function including invoice processing (stock & non-stock), matching PO’s to invoices,
• Handling supplier queries and statement reconciliations
• Managing staff expenses and credit card statement reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end taks, including bank posting, recs and reporting

Skill set required

Ideally, you will have experience working in a consumer related business where you have dealt with stock. You will be comfortable working autonomously, yet in a team-based environment, and be ambitious to take on further duties as the business grows.
