Finance Assistant

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + study support

Permanent, full-time, hybrid working (4 days in office)

Location: West End, Central London

Reporting to Finance Manager

Cedar have partnered with a fast-growing entertainment business known for creating unique and memorable experiences. With ongoing expansion and new locations planned, this is a great chance to be part of a dynamic finance team supporting an innovative and thriving brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounts payable and receivable processes
• Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and ensure budget compliance
• Validate employee expenses and credit card claims
• Maintain purchase ledger and resolve supplier queries
• Produce aged creditor and debtor reports
• Invoice ticketing income accurately and on time
• Support banking, cash allocation, and month-end close
• Assist with financial reporting and system improvements

About You:

• Previous accounts payable experience is essential
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Good communicator and team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience with Xero or similar software preferred
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience a plus, ideally within entertainment or hospitality
