Finance Assistant

CMA Recruitment Group is supporting a successful, professional services business, based in beautiful surroundings near Havant. An experienced Finance Assistant is required to join the existing team, and the successful candidate will be responsible for varied duties.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

• Match and process purchase ledger invoices, reconciling statements, and resolving queries.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Making BACS, CHAPS, and foreign payments.
• Daily income reports.
• Approval of invoices.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

• Previous experience of working in a professional services business would be an advantage.
• Transactional finance experience and payments knowledge.
