An advertising agency based in the heart of London is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collabarative environment and ideal for someone who enjoys variety.

Finance Assistant - The Role

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately using Sage

• Reconciling supplier statements and handling queries promptly

• Assisting with weekly BACS and international payment runs

• Completing bank and credit card reconciliations

• Managing intercompany balance reconciliations

• Supporting month-end processes and ad hoc finance admin tasks

Finance Assistant - The Person

• Detail orientated, proactive individual who enjoys problem solving

• Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts payable role

• Confident working with Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.)

• Familiarity with accounting systems

• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to confidently liaise with agency staff at all seniority levels

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
