Job Description - Finance Assistant

Finance Assistant
Location - Segensworth
Salary - Up to £28,000 per year
Hours - Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.

Dynamite Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a very successful Business to find an Experienced Finance Assistant for their Segensworth Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day finance function on site
Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Monitor and manage cash flow
Raise and process invoices
Coordinate finance-related queries and ensure they are escalated to the right contacts
Support the Finance Manager with reporting and regular financial meetings

What We’re Looking For:

Ideally experience within a smaller business environment with broad, varied finance exposure
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Comfortable being the go-to person on site for all finance matters
Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts role
