Finance Assistant

Finance Assistant- Holywood- £24,000+ per annum

Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-known Northern Irish based company with offices close to Holywood.

Our client has an exciting new vacancy for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Offering full-time hours and the opportunity to grow and develop within the role, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties:

• Purchase Ledger invoice processing
• Matching, batching and coding of invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Cash allocation
• Assisting the Company Accountant with all other related accounting duties
• General administrative duties to include reception duties, filing and liaising with customers

Essential Experience:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience working within a Finance related role
• IT Proficient
• Ability to work well both on own initiative and within a team setting
