Finance Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Recording incoming payments from clients.
• Preparing and issuing invoices in a timely manner.
• Processing account statements for review and reporting.
• Handling outbound payments to external parties
• Setting up new accounts and archiving former account records.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Updating and maintaining the financial database with accuracy.
• Conducting daily bank reconciliations.
• Preparing and maintaining overdue payments

Essential:

• Proven experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative support role.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and external contacts.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
