Finance Assistant

Our client, a leading UK media agency, are looking for a Finance Executive to join their friendly team. This role involves managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also prepare and analyse financial reports to support the company's financial health. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement.

• Code and match media purchase invoices onto the Booking and Finance system.
• Liaise with the internal Media team and Vendors to resolve queries.
• Conduct reconciliation of supplier accounts.
• Analyse payables in preparation for weekly/monthly payment runs.
• Process and allocate payments/charges from bank reconciliation.
• Code and process Office, Goods, and Services Costs.
• Manage Credit Card reconciliation, accrual reporting and analysis, and Media Owner reconciliation of Trade Value.

• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail.
• Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in an Accounting software.
• Accounts Payable experience within the media industry is desirable.
• Experience with Reporting and Automation tools is advantageous.
