About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Finance and Payroll Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and accurately, supporting educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all staff
• Administer pensions and employee benefits
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliation tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and handle data entry
• Respond to finance and payroll queries from staff and external agencies
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and policies
• Support the finance team in year-end and audit processes

Requirements:

• Experience in finance or payroll
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
