Job

The role of Finance Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Recording and maintaining financial transactions such as purchase invoices, petty cash receipts, and supplier payments
• Processing, scanning, and filing invoices
• Conducting bank reconciliations
• Managing credit control of sales ledger
• Administering payroll - weekly and monthly, including all overtime
• Database entry for deer supplies
• Providing admin support to the Head of Finance for audit
• Payroll for 90 staff members

You

As a Finance Assistant, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Experience working with SAGE Line 50 Accounts
• Experience in Sage Line 50 Payroll
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel & Word
• Previous experience in a similar finance role
