Finance Assistant

Are you a junior finance professional looking to join a growing and fast paced business? My client is looking for a permanent Finance Assistant to join their welcoming and collaborative team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Purchase Ledger downloading supplier invoices, requesting approvals and payment run cover when required
• Processing internal payments and employee expenses
• Supporting with internal and external finance questions
• Working closely with invoice approvers with queries and unapproved invoices
• Business expenditure analysis
• Processing credit card payments
• Setting up new supplier accounts

Your core skills and attributes as a Finance Assistant include:

• Eagerness to learn and can-do attitude
• Strong IT skills including Excel
• Ability to multitask and work within a face paced environment
• Strong communicator
