Description

As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Handle queries related to invoices, payments, and financial discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial systems and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
