Finance Assistant

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance team and help maintain strong financial operations.

The Role

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our finance processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing purchase and sales invoices


• Managing accounts payable and receivable


• Assisting with bank reconciliations and expense processing


• Supporting monthly management accounts and reporting


• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation


• Assisting with payroll preparation and audits (where required)


• Providing general administrative support to the finance team

About You

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role (preferred)


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (We currently use Xero)


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines


• A proactive and professional attitude


• Interest in working within an EdTech / IT services environment
