Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Assistant at Klyk located in Greater London. As a Financial Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will involve handling invoicing, reconciliations, credit control and supporting accounting processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication and collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities
Sending out invoices to clients, credit control management
Accounts payable management
Cashflow weekly forecast
Bank reconciliation
Reconciliation of Sales with Marketplaces to ensure accurate payment from marketplaces including Backmarket, Amazon, eBay etc
Reconciliation of Credit Card & Invoices
Reconciliation of Stock purchases
Preparation of information for VAT Return, Monthly Management accounts

Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Finance, and Accounting proficiency
Experience in using Xero
Experience in invoicing and financial management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Relevant certification or degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
