Finance Assistant - Immediate Start

Salary: Up to £25,000
Located: Sheffield
Hours: 37.5 hour working week, flexible start times and 1 day work from home

No experience is required for this role as full training and support will be provided however, a background in administration / office support would be beneficial.

The role:
This role is a hybrid role where you will split your time between both finance and operations tasks - meaning no two days will be the same!

Finance administration tasks including:

• Customer & supplier invoices
• Chasing payments
• Expenses & Mileage and Engineers Overtime
• Pleo Transactions, including checking and reconciling
• Subcontractor / Supplier Forms
• Credit Applications and Credit Checks

Office support and operations tasks including:

• Coordinate maintenance work (Fleet servicing, repairs, yearly building services etc.)
• Inventory Management (Tools, hardware etc.)
• Manage Compliance (H&S requirements, staff training, etc, tool calibration)
• Customer Accreditations (CHAS, Safe Contractor, ISO)
• First Aid & Fire Marshall duties (Training provided if not already obtained)
