Finance Assistant Spanish Speaking

An established and fast-growing international business with offices located near Woburn is looking to appoint a Finance Assistant to support its expanding finance team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone with solid foundational experience in finance who is keen to develop further within a supportive and dynamic environment.

With operations across multiple international markets, the business offers a unique opportunity to apply your finance skills in a global context. Fluency in Spanish is essential, as you'll be regularly communicating with Spanish-speaking colleagues and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices, employee expenses, and credit card statements
• Manage purchase orders and support payment processing
• Assist with customer billing, cash allocation, and ledger maintenance
• Handle client queries and support with debt collection activities
• Liaise daily with international teams, including Spanish-speaking contacts
• Contribute to month-end processes including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Provide general administrative support to the finance function as required

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance or accounts-based role (AP/AR or similar)
• Fluent in Spanish and English - both written and spoken
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems
• AAT Level 3 qualified or currently studying (or equivalent)
• High attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
