Your Role Accountabilities...

• Process supplier invoices, manage expenses, and support cash-related processes within Accounts Payable
• Raise purchase orders and ensure accurate matching of invoices within the finance system
• Support supplier management activities, including responding to queries and maintaining account accuracy
• Work with production teams to support finance processes and ensure smooth operational flow
• Assist with monthly reporting activities and financial reconciliations
• Use accounting systems, including SAP, to process and maintain financial records
• Provide additional support across finance activities when required, including cross-team collaboration

Qualifications & Experience...

• Previous experience or exposure to accounting or finance processes
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Familiarity with accounting software; experience with SAP is beneficial
• Willingness to learn and develop within a finance environment
• Ability to adapt and support a high-volume transactional setting
