Job Description - Finance Business Parner

Are you an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Accountant? Would you thrive within a commercially focused role with a huge focus on projects? Are you interested in working for a business that is growing within one of the most innovative and sought after industries out there?

The Role:

We are pleased to be exclusively partnered with a fast-growth and highly profitable business based in Northamptonshire on the hire of a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop budgeting and forecasting data for capital expenditures and development costs and incorporate them into long-term planning and overall budget and forecast models.
Participate in regular meetings with project teams to review updated cost-to-complete estimates for construction projects, questioning assumptions and schedules when appropriate.
Serve as the financial lead in assessing new development initiatives and potential pipeline projects.
Assist with preparation of subsidiary statutory accountants on an annual basis
Adhoc project work as instructed by the Finance Director and Financial Controller.

The Ideal Candidate:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Accountant
Strong communicator with the ability to challenge internal stakeholders.
A true value add mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
Ideally you will have some experience managing ongoing projects from a financial standpoint.

What they Offer:

£50,000 - £57,000 base salary
£6,500 car allowance
25% Bonus model (split across EBITDA and personal performance)
Hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
Strong benefits package
