Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner | London (2 days a week) | £55k

Cobb & Jones Recruitment are recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a highly respected and innovative business. This role offers flexible, hybrid working with 2 days a week in their Central London-based office and would suit someone currently working as a Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Business partner internal departments supporting them with the financial information they need to operate at their best.
• Monthly sales commission calculations
• Regular reconciliation of the Balance Sheet accounts to ensure a live snapshot of the business is readily available to support business opportunities at short notice
• Month end reporting of finances overseen by the Head of Finance
• Assist the Head of Finance with the implementation and monitoring of continuously improved finance processes and controls
• Assist operations in inventory reconciliation
• Analyse spending data to support proficient cost control
• Completion of VAT returns and submission

The ideal candidate:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification
• Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in a technical or industry finance role
• Strong communication skills
• A natural problem solver
• Ability to prioritise workload with an agile approach
