Finance Business Partner

CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a large manufacturing business based in Poole, Dorset, who are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.  Working closely with various commercial stakeholders across the business, the successful candidate will provide value insights on profitability, costs and other metrics.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Preparation of management reports on a regular basis.
• Business partner with sales & production teams to provide visibility of financials and business performance.
• P&L analysis vs budgets & forecasts.
• Detailed margin analysis with clear communication of results.
• Regular monitoring and analysis of departmental spend.
• Additional ad hoc analysis and support.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• To be considered for this position candidates need to be ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist level.
• Previous manufacturing experience in a bonus but isn’t essential.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skill set.
