Broster Buchanan are partnering with a hugely successful private business that goes from strength to strength.
 
The Finance Business partner role exists to support operational business teams to ensure financial data is available and used to support key performance decisions. Along with using your strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, you will have access to a range of business intelligence tools to present data.
 
Key duties include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key team contacts.
• Regular monthly meetings to discuss business performance (sales, margins, marketing etc).
• Provision of intuitive and insightful reports to highlight key points.
• Develop in-depth knowledge to support the business strategy, value drivers, external challenges and opportunities.
• Developing forecasts and analysing variances to prior forecasts or historical results.
• Evaluation of business cases
• Ensuring key datasets are cleansed, validated, and reviewed to ensure high levels of data integrity.
• Analysis of all revenue related areas.

Suitable applicants will hold a CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualification, ideally with a minimum of 2 years PQE and have proven business partnering experience.
