A globally renowned brand is on the lookout for a Finance Business Partner to join their rapidly expanding finance team in Milton Keynes. This role sits at the heart of an innovative and leading team of professionals and plays a vital part in ensuring financial insights contribute directly to the organisations overall strategic goals.

Reporting to the Controller, the successful candidate will take full ownership of Opex and Capex budgets across the Supply Chain. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering clear, insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Managing and forecasting budgets aligned with regulations
• Partnering with Supply Chain teams to facilitate the transition to production and customer supply by target date
• Enhancing stakeholder understanding of financial performance, costs and inventory
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and contributing to wider financial initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Qualified CIMA or ACCA accountant
• Experience in management accounting, ideally within engineering or manufacturing
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with SAP and BI tools is advantageous
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex data
